Welcome to the Terms and Conditions page of Vileena's Beauty Bits. We strive to provide a transparent and trustworthy service to all our clients. Please review the following information carefully before booking an appointment with us.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
A $50 Non-Refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. We kindly ask for atleast 72 hours notice of any cancellations to give us the opportunity to fill the slot. The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the event. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Allergies and Sensitivities
It is important for us to provide a safe environment for all our clients. Please notify us of any allergies or sensitivities you may have to ensure we can accommodate your needs. This will help us select the appropriate products for your makeup application.
Client Responsibility
As a client of Vileena's Beauty Bits, it is your responsibility to communicate any changes or concerns regarding your appointment. We value open communication and want to ensure that your experience with us is enjoyable and stress-free.
The Artist may refuse service under the circumstance of any form of abuse including verbal disrespect.
Any additional time the artist has to remain at your venue due to additional services not previously booked will be subject to an hourly rate of $50 per hour not including the makeup service fee.
